Funtastik Returns & Delivery Policy
Unwanted (Non-Faulty) Goods
Unfortunately, Funtastik does not accept returns of non-faulty or unwanted goods.
We encourage you to carefully review your basket during the checkout process before completing your order and making payment. Any unwanted items can be removed at this stage.
If you require further information about any of our products before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@funtastikwholesale.com. We’re here to help.
Please ensure you double-check your basket before final check-out, as all sales are final once payment is completed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All orders are dispatched by pallet, securely shrink-wrapped and topped with a protective covering. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
On Delivery:
Inspect the pallet and cartons immediately upon arrival.
If there are any visible signs of external damage to the shrink wrap or boxes, this must be noted on the delivery note while the driver is present.
In the case of significant visible damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying us immediately.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or, in cases where delivery is attempted but not accepted, at the agreed time of delivery.
Reporting Damages or Shortages
If you discover any shortages or damage after unpacking, you must report it within 5 working days of delivery by emailing our customer service team at info@funtastikwholesale.com.
Reports made after 5 working days cannot be accepted.
To assist our investigation, we may request digital photographs of the damaged goods or packaging.
If goods need to be returned for inspection, we will provide you with a Returns Form which must be completed and returned with the items.
Return & Refund Process for Faulty Goods
Once we receive the returned goods, we will acknowledge receipt.
We will inspect the items within 3–5 working days.
If liability is accepted, we will:
Refund the cost of the goods.
Refund reasonable return shipping costs.
Please note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 5 additional working days to appear in your account.
Liability for any claim will never exceed the original value of the goods supplied.
